Step 1: Account Information

User Verification

To gain access to your personal account information, please provide the following information to verify your access. If your current last name does not work, use the last name you had when you took out the loans.

* SSN

* Date of Birth

* Last Name

User Name

User Name must be 8 to 50 characters and contain only letters, numbers, and the following special characters: at sign, period, dash, underscore, exclamation, dollar sign, hash tag, asterisk, ampersand (@ . - _ ! $ # * &).

* User Name

Password

The following special characters are allowed: at sign, period, dash, underscore, exclamation, dollar sign, hash tag, asterisk, ampersand (@ . - _ ! $ # * &). Your Password cannot be the same as your User Name.

* Password

* Confirm Password

1) Your full name
2) Your date of birth
3) Your permanent residence, and if different, your mailing address
4) Your social security number
5) Your phone number and email address. 
6) Federal law also permits us to request additional documentation, if needed, to verify your identity in connection with this application.

You agree to not share or disclose your password or secure access procedure with others.
